The Question is:

 
How test the performance of all microvax 3100-98 component hardware from the
 operating system
 
or what is command by which i can monitor all hardware and test its performance
 such as the performace of the CPU , memory    harddisk

The Answer is :

 
  The OpenVMS Wizard is aware of no such monitoring and performance
  measurement tool -- various components are available, but not in
  a single package.
 
  If you wish to create and maintain a performance baseline, you can
  use the MONITOR utility recording functions.
 
  You can also use the UETP environment to generate a synthetic load.
