BACKUP Remote Tape Operations over DECnet?

The Question is:

 
I can backup my remote sysdisk to a magtape connected to the host node but
 cannot list the saveset from the remote node.
 

The Answer is :

 
  As you are likely using the (unsupported) DECnet mechanisms for BACKUP
  that are discussed in the OpenVMS FAQ, please see (159) and other topics
  for ways to use DECnet for DCL task-to-task operations.
 
  If you wish a formally supported approach, please consider the use of
  an OpenVMS Cluster, or consider a local or cluster-served tape storage
