No Graphics Device Found? (NODEVICE)

The Question is:

 
Is there any way I can  update the server to stop these errors so it can
 recognise the graphics device. I cant see easily any patch areas on the
 websites.

The Answer is :

 
  Please review the OpenVMS FAQ for the list of DECwindows startup
  (failure) troubleshooting tips, and for information on searching
  for the list of and then downloading the mandatory ECO kits for
  this and for any other OpenVMS releases of interest.
 
  You may well want to acquire a more current version of OpenVMS,
  as V7.2-2 or V7.3 would be recommended over V7.2; OpenVMS has
  added graphics controller support via first via ECO and then
  in a subsequent release of the base system.
 
  And in general, you will also want to ensure that the SRM console
  can see the graphics device.
