Configuring sender address in MAILbus?

The Question is:

 
How do i configure/define the sender address surname in the Mailbus 400?
 

The Answer is :

 
  The OpenVMS Wizard regrets that there isn't an easy answer to this
  question. It will be impossible to configure MAILbus400 without use
  of NCL -- there is simply no alternative.
 
  The OpenVMS Wizard recommends that you read the MAILbus MTA 400
  Planning and Setup Guide, paying particular attention to Chapter 5.
  Having read that, you will then be able to decide (for example)
  whether to use only the 1984 X.400 standard, or also the 1988
  standard which provides a 'common name' attribute that you may
  wish to change too.
