The Answer is :
Please see the OpenVMS FAQ for information on changing the system
node name. Changing the system IP address is usually rather more
simple, please see UCX$CONFIG or TCPIP$CONFIG or the procedure
for the particular third-party IP package installed, or see the
documentation for the particular IP package. (Documentation for
the TCP/IP Services package is available at the OpenVMS documentation
web site.)
