Problems and questions in STDL documentation?

The Question is:

 
Where Can I find more details about STDL.
It seems that the manual does not describes the operators in details and
some of them are not working. Example : the presentation group specification
does not work and we get syntax errors.

  to discuss your questions and problems with the Structured Transaction
  Definition Language (STDL) and the ACMSxp environments -- details on
