Product deinstallation? (VMSINSTAL)

The Question is:

 
I can install software with distributon in save set files using the
SYS$UPDATE:VMSINSTAL.COM procedure, I want to know if exist a procedure to
uninstall software?

The Answer is :

Automated removal of software installed with VMSINSTAL.COM is
available only on a product-by-product basis for certain products
that support it and describe it in their product-specific documentation.
 
That is one of the reasons for introduction of the newer PCSI installation
method using the PRODUCT INSTALL command on VMS V6.1 and above.
