XDM (XDMCP) for OpenVMS X Windows? (DECwindows)

The Question is:

 
Dear Wizard,
Now that XDM is not supported "out of the box".
 
Is there anyway to configure the workstation to broadcast X Display Manager
services over TCP/IP?
 
I inherited 3 older workstations running both DEC UNIX 4.0 & 4.0C. There
workstation broacash XDM just find.
 
Is there a "tweak" somewhere that I don't know about?
